what it is
Base Sepolia test version of bMAG8: 8 test tokens created by basic, priced at the real Chainlink reference of each stock, bought with test USDC. Nothing here is real money.
what can be in it
Constituents are Coinbase tokenized stocks (B20) listed on Base with a Chainlink price feed and liquid onchain markets against USDC. SPCXc tracks a private company through Coinbase's tokenized exposure; its feed updates on the issuer's schedule rather than an exchange session.
how a purchase works
Same router and same rules as bMAG7, with eight legs. Any leg missing its minimum output reverts the whole purchase.
fees
Same routing fee as bMAG7: 20 basis points by default, capped at 50 in the contract, in USDC on every buy and sell.
pricing
Chainlink reference prices with the feed state shown next to every number. SPCXc can show a wider premium or discount to its feed than listed stocks because its onchain market is thinner.
corporate actions
Coinbase tokenized stocks handle corporate actions by updating a per-token multiplier; balances never rebase and the Chainlink feed already reflects the multiplier. An affected constituent is not tradable until its issuer resumes it. bMAG8 takes no action during a corporate action.
changes
Constituent changes are published at least seven days ahead. A basket is a published methodology, not an onchain object.
risks
Tokenized stocks issued to eligible non-US persons only. Issuer pauses and policy blocks stop trading in the affected constituent. Thin onchain liquidity, especially for SPCXc, moves prices on larger purchases. Prices can go down.
next
- Launches after bMAG7 once SPCXc liquidity on Base supports eight-leg purchases within price protection.
- In-wallet rebalancing, then a single fully backed bMAG8 token.
